Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or using this form).

Please note: The right of withdrawal expires early if the service has been fully provided and you have expressly agreed before commencement of performance that we may begin, and confirmed your knowledge that your right of withdrawal will be lost upon full performance of the contract.

This right of withdrawal applies to coaching and consultation packages. It does not apply to individual sessions that have already been fully completed.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
